School is totally flooded apparently. My place is okay. A little flooding in the basement. We live in a triplex and the other unit's basement flooded, but we should be fine.
The city is crazy though. All the basements on campus are flooded people are tubing through the halls.
It's pretty awesome. I got super lucky finding roommates on craigslist. The people I live with mostly smoke weed and play video games so it worked out really well. Thanks for asking man.
There will come a point in my life where I'll be willing to give up a body part (perhaps a testicle) just to get a script of how the story ends. Tell your friend to relax. The chances this bitch gets full custody is highly unlikely. If he smokes weed or does any drugs, stop now. She could ask for him to get tested.

Judges rarely give out full custody to one parent unless the other parent is a drug addict or harms the kid in any way. My ex made $25K a year and I made $500K a year and worked from home. So money plays no part. It actually works against you in some cases because collecting huge child support amounts keep the probation officers in business.
How old is the child? That is a big factor. The living arrangements the baby's mother has may work against her but I wouldn't bet on it. As a matter of fact, I'd bet against it. A good lawyer may be able to make her get her own place but my gut is telling me that if he was ok with that arrangement before he shouldn't have a problem with it now. The judge is likely to think he is just being spiteful.
A lot of this crap is really about the "current" situation unless the judge is a real dick like my judge and let her leave the state.
